Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness events when she was just 16 years old. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of gymnastics in her youth. The Pro Card in the year following when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card and completing her undergraduate studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut on the show and set higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she took home four more fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became among the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competing so she could finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness division despite being completely unprepared. The competition was among the very best. Ariel remains astonished, and brings improvements to her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up then moves on to the work outs. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is known for.
