Luciana Paoluzzi and Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the child of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) and Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress of Benito Mussolini). There's no record of her siblings. Luciana graduated from a high school in the local area in 1955. She then went on to study naval engineering in Milan, at the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana as the sole female of her class was the first to graduate. After two years of study, she started her modeling career. Shortly after that she got a chance to appear in Three Coins in the Fountain when she was in Rome visiting the friend of her father. Brett Halsey - an actor who was her first partner. The couple made Return to the Peyton Palace together after their 1960 wedding. Luciana was given custody of the film when they split just a couple of years later. Charles was born. Luciana was married to Tony Athony. They were together from 1962 to 1970. Tony Athony was an actor and producer who was inspired by Luciana's work on the movie Green Slime. Based on the film, he wrote and composed The Spaghetti Western hybrid that became well-known.
